Willys (?) delivery to India. (UPDATE II: Ford RHD in India)

Crawford Sterling sent us a few very nice photos of his grandfather's cars in India back in the twenties. Crawford suspects this one (click to zoom) to be a Willys (or Overland or Ford..) on the moment that it is delivered new. This personal touch is exactly what we miss so badly nowadays. There was a good reason however to bring in a new car like this. Check the roads they had to face.... [email protected]
UPDATE II by Harit (India):"Most probably not a UK production model. Almost all cars sold in India were right hand drive.(RHD). The British cars of course, but even German and American, also French to a great extend. The American cars (for India) including Ford's were built in Canada. Most of the Ford T models have an engraving of "made in Canada" on the radiators. Chryslers, Packards, Hudsons etc were all sold RHD. There are some left hand drive cars but these are an exception. Even German cars like Adler, Mercedes-Benz DKW etc. came RHD. It seems almost all manufacturers who sold cars through dealers in India or assembled them in India gave RHD cars."
UPDATE I by experts David Greenlees, Mark Dawber and Ruud de Pater, all claiming the car to be a Model A. David added that it is probably a UK production model as it is a RHDrive. Peter Pegg and Ruud de Pater are going even further: "1930-31 Phaeton, but is it a fordoor(standard) or twodoor (deluxe)?"
