Who is she is waving at?

See this lovely Friday girl turning around while passing. As she is a decent lady she wouldn't do so to just anybody. So don't you think she is waving to you! No, it is a special day today, 5 December. Sinterklaas' Birthday. At least to the children in Holland that is a very special day. You can expect the Old Man about anywhere in Holland. In general he is using for transport his white horse Amerigo or a Model T. We intend to ask him why he doesn't drive a decent early Hispano, as Spain is his homestead.
