Ulster in Italy (UPDATE: Irish Italy..?)

Henk Visscher has a different idea about the photo: "It seems that the photo was taken during the 1930 Tourist Trophy at the Ards-Belfast circuit (August 23). If so, Arthur Waite is not on the picture; he had racing number 24.

Earlier Text: Robert Rozeman sends us his most recent photofind. A photo dated 1930. Robert writes that it is showing Arthur Waite (Barry Lovelock pages) racing an Austin Seven Ulster. Athur was married to one of Lord Herbert Austin's daughters en did promotional work for Austin using the steering wheel of the mighty 7.
