The Cha-Cha Ro-Ro ?

A good way to add some flavour to a grayish November day.... Rick Ford writes about this cheerful band: "Allow me to introduce you to 'The Charlestons Chasers', and 171 GN a 1930 RR Phantom 2 Barker Sedanca, Reg. GY 4976. Oddly never sold/registered until 1932."
Of course we did a little research on the issue and found that the Charleston Chasers had their best time in the years just before 1930. Check: RedhotJazz.comm. So what happened after 1930 which kept the Charleston Chasers silent and the Rolls in the showroom...? Just depression? The photo proves that both car and Chasers are back, alive & kicking and well preserved... (photo Rick Ford; click for larger view)
