The next few weeks we will do a bit of travelling. Unfortunately not by making use of "The Best Car in the World" but by making use of a more virtual means of transport: vintage advertisements. As you can see without any doubt we are taking off at the foot of Dover's monumental white cliffs. It is an advert published on January 1918 (click for full picture). The towns mentioned at the bottomline of the advert sound promising. We will not take you to all these places, but at least we will give it a try... (Horwitz Collection)
