Message from Nick Brough (UK) showing his deserted garage: "Just a quick note to say thanks very much for putting my Rolls Royce 20/25 Sedanca de Ville in the for sale section of your web site. She was picked to go on your featured section and I had a number of requests for information from around the world. She sold very quickly to the first person that came to see her, admittedly for less than I was looking for but this was only due to my needing a quick sale due to loss of storage. I have no doubt if I could have waited a few more weeks, it would have given a couple of people from Denmark and the USA, who expressed a strong desire to see her the chance to, and she would have sold for very near my asking price. I only placed an advertisement on your site after getting no response from a magazine advertisement, the fact that being the first time I had used your service meant it was free (a word I like) also helped. Rest assured if I ever need to sell another Pre War car I would have no hesitation in paying for advertising on your site. Many thanks for all your help.

Legend has it that Railton who were also using the Hudson 8 cylinder chassis and running gear complained to Hudson about them supplying a rival. So after a year Brough had to change to the 6 cylinder engine. They think around 25 8's were made with around 13 surviving."
