Cool Air, Bye-Bye ...

Today 30 August 2003 is the final-final production day after 65 years of service for worse and for better. From the first 1938 Typ 1 , chassis nr 001 untill the very last of the final series of 3000 built 'Ultima Edicion' (Mark F-inal). We won't bother you with emotions and reflections as your local newspaper and carmagazine will cover that part. Just want to mark what they will forget:The End of the Aircooled Era (or had this last one liquid cooling anyway; just like the current Porsche look-a-likes?.
