A Delfosse?

Delfosse is a long forgotten French make. One of those umpteen manufacturers of the very popular light sports cars like Salmson, BNC, Lombard, etc. This somewhat strange photo gives the impression of a scale model. But who would add a winners prize in scale as well? Your suggestions or remarks are welcome as always. (photo collection editor)
