1901 ALBION 8hp twin cylinder tonneau four seats

1901 Albion 8hp tonneau car made in Glasgow Scotland Uk, one of only seven surviving Dogcarts today, this is the only surviving tonneau out of the seven, original wooden body, completely restored two years ago, all new engine white metal bearings, pistons, valves, quides, all new gearbox gears, new Tufnell crank drive gear, new green grip cone clutch and drive gear, four complete new wooden wheels and solid rubber tyres, new king pins and bushes, new stainless steel exhaust system, alternator fitted, new vented disc brake with two brake callipers for extra safety, two carburettors one on each cylinder, single brass original carburettor comes with the car along with all the original brake drum and replaced warn parts.

She has completed two London to Brighton car runs with four people on board front facing seats, hills are not a problem, with two forward gears and reverse, she is entered for the 2026 L2B, so can be viewed at the Thistle Hotel Bayswater Road, London, or at the start Hyde Park number 93, and of course through out the sixty mile route.
