The roadster is a ca 1910 Cole. In the Vancouver archive is a photo of a similar Cole of the Point Grey Fire Department.

2 cylinder Loco had vertical twin up front. The starting crank is clear above the running board, under the drivers seat. I also believe it to be a Model F Buick.
