Let's END this. I guarantee you it is 1937 Plymouth.
1937 P and Dodge had lamps mounted to the grille shell.
1938 P and Dodge had lamps mounted to the top side of the fender.
1939 P and Dodge had lamps mounted within the top front face of the fender.

To help end the Plymouth debate and sorry to those who are close my copy of the Encylopedia of Ammerican Cars from 1930, Publications international Ltd reveals a photo on page 667 that matches that of the Hershey photo.Soory to those that are closeand for not checking this reference earlier. That grill is definitely 1938 Plymouth. The 1934 or '35 (could be either) Buick Victoria on the trailer (probably a Model 58), in PreWarCar yellowish orange, is a rarely seen item. They built nearly 6,000 of them but the survival rate is quite low.

The Plymouth grill is definitely a 1938. The 1937 does not slope at the bottom, is much longer than a 1938, and does not have the little chrome winged piece at the bottom. The holes for the additional vertical chrome pieces that should be on either side at the bottom can be seen but the pieces are missing. These pieces do not exist on a 1937. I agree with the previous posters that the 1939 is totally different.

With respect to the International truck although no picture, a copy of the Ultimate Encylopdia of Pickups, Peter Henshaw, gives an precise description of what is shown in the picture. The new line of trucks were released in 1915, to replace the Auto Buggy, in ranges from 3/4 to 3 1/2 ton they were produced until 1920. Best wishes Bob Branner

It' s a 1938 Plymouth, for sure. The 1937 Plymouth grille is divided in two sections with a painted vertical strip in the middle, the 1938 is a one piece unit (or appears like it), and the 1939 is a totally different design.

Phil,

I know just a slip of the tongue, but Plymouth Hoe surely.

But I wouldn't dare to argue with the ID's quoted.

I read this regularly and delighted to finally see one I recognize Usually I only get as far as 1/2 right a few weeks ago I recognized Malcolm Campbell but sadly not the car The mascot on this one is the sailing ship the Mayflower that set sail from Plymouth and by the shape of the flowing grill brings it to 1938 Shame no T shirt the one I bought at Beaulieu a few years ago is getting tired Best wishes Bob Branner
