A Paul Beuscher Tour de France Mystery (upd. Ballot? Peugeot?)

Editor:  Well Matthieu, it is written all over: Fredo Gardoni (singer & accordeonist), 'JEAN' presumably is Jean Cyrano.  'Chansons Officiels', provided and sponsored by Paul Beuscher, 27 Boulevard Beaumarchais, Paris. The music shop is still existing.  Mr. Beuscher was a true sponsor, no musician, he sold music instruments. And his name is still alive a least.
Well we did our job to pinpoint time and event. Up to you to decide about the 'Hispano'?
