Who else but the French should be the first to notice that the motor car and the female were made for each other? Quite naturally they discovered that woman and car made a perfect combination of form and function. Who else but the French would dedicate a whole car show to celebrate this discovery? Visit Rétromobile and find out more about the wonderful women of the past and of course some of their cars. Another highlight of Rétromobile will be the auction by Bonhams on Saturday February 9th, with gems like this fine and rare 'Vitesse' glass mascot by René Lalique (lot 10) and not forgetting the extraordinary collection of the late Pim Hascher, which includes a legendary 1929 Bugatti T43.
