High prices at Padova... (UPDATE: some auction results)

Our Romanian friend Bogdan Coconiu was kind enough to send us some photos immediately after coming home from the biggest Italian autojumble show: Auto Moto d'Epoca, fiera di Padova, better known as 'Padova'. Bogdan writes that the show has a great image, but as it is for traders very expensive to have a stand, the prices for (used) parts are 20-30% higher than at any other Italian fair. So for most people it is primarily a show and not a place to pick up many parts. Bogdan bought himself a set of reproduction Scintilla rearlights for 350 Euro. The real thing would maybe cost three times more. Still it is a great show and we're quite interested how Coys did with their auction these days. No matter what Bogdan Coconiu ( Automobilia.ro) greatly enjoyed the show and sent a few highlights like the above depicted 1923 Fiat 501 S.S. Siluro Sport (the radiator reads: Super Culasse Silvani, the body looks like a Bertone). Then a 1917 (?) SCAT Tourer (possibly the ex Stewart Skilbeck?) and of course a very nice 1927 Lancia Lambda Sport VIII series . Please let us know if you found any Italian oddballs at Padova Contact Us.
