Do you recognise this pre-war with chauffeur?

We do think you might recognise the make of today's Monday Mystery. But can anyone tell us more about what type we see and what year you think H70 is built? The photograph is taken somewhere in the surroundings of Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Further, we do not know a lot more about this photo. Please comment below if you have any information about this static pre-war car with chauffeur.

The automobile is a Delahaye circa 1912. The license plate H-70 was issued on January 11th 1906 to Johannes Jacobus Jellico Louwman in Rotterdam, father of the founder of the famous Louwman Museum in The Netherlands. The number H-70 was transferred on June 28th 1946 to the N.V. Nimag (Nederlandse Import Maatschappij voor Automobielen), one of Louwman’s companies. The license plate can still be seen in the Louwman Museum.

Looks like a Delahaye Type 32 D.

It's a Delahaye built after 1912. Whether it's a 1913 or 1914, I'm not sure.
