Anthony Lombardi (USA, Italy) sends some photos of the recent 26/27 May tour for 100 year old cars. "Welcome to the Garage del Tempo Automobile Club's annual Veteran Car Run . This time the event attracted entrants from all over Italy and one from Germany. For the owners of these highly valuable veteran cars it represents a rare opportunity to take their extraordinary automobiles on the road in Costa degli Etruschi to the seafront on Mediterranean Tuscany.

editor: more European clubs should take the opportunity to organise tours for Edwardians. In the US the brass tours for pre 1914 cars are highly popular thanks to the Horseless Carriage Club. In Europe the post 1904 car is a bit in the shadow, possibly due to L-t-Brighton?
I regularly get details from Austria, Slovakia and other places as well. The main problem being the cost of getting to the Events. The Non UK based events are always good value for money and seem to give better roads and less traffic.
The L-B is an annual pilgrimage but I do find it strange that it's possible to go to the Teuf Teuf Event in Compeigne pay for a ferry, hotels etc and it's cheaper than the L-B weekend which now has an Entry fee of £250 alone.
editor: also interesting that we rarely hear from these events; as if they prefer to keep the events to "themselves". Regarding PAC in Holland; I believe this is only for members, or ?
