Autoclassico Alcañiz, upbeat to Autoretro Barcelona.

The Spanish town of Alcañiz lies approximately 100 km south east from Zaragoza, and 250 km south west from Barcelona. It has approx. 15.000 inhabitants, but every year in October the population doubles due to the Autoclassic. Now in its fourteenth year this is a Car Show with more than hundred exhibitors and a Rally that attracts lots of participants and spectators. One of the exhibits was this three-wheeler, a De Dion powered Lacroix. A very attractive participant to the Rally was this 1914 Hispano. Also nice is this shot of several cars on the square opposite the Ayuntamiento (town hall) of Alcañiz. The Autoclassic is a great show, but you don’t have to wait until October 2008. Next on the list is the greatest indoor event of Spain: AutoRetro in Barcelona, from December 5 until December 9. Always worth a visit and be sure to tell your wife that shopping in this time of year in Barcelona is far from being a drag... Anyway we hope to welcome you at PreWarCar's stand at the show.
