Engine number: IY / C 8893/ MS according to the Jap engine dating code is :350 cc from 1928. Engine turns over. JAP oil pump. Perfect for a motorcycle or lightweight vintage project. 

Riley 12/4 block as per pictures complete with centre and rear bearing carriers.   Previous repair as per pictures but is sound.Block has been pressure tested and is ok. The block has had liners fitted in the past and they are currently at the standard size of 69mm.
