First registered in the UK in 2009, this 1931 side-valve V-twin Harley VL has had two registered keepers since it was imported into the country. During this period, we understand that some restoration has been done, taking it closer to its original 1931 spec, although at the time of writing, we have not seen any paperwork to support this.
