Racing steering wheel.  "Le Sportif"  by Societe Normande. Pre-dating the Rene Thomas steering wheel (from the same factory).This one was fitted to a 1914 Racing Peugeot.  Full spring steel.  Like on a Rene Thomas, double layer of spring steel. 45cm diameter. A single spring loaded bonnet strap.  It came from a Bugatti many years ago, not sure of what model.  Only have this piece.  Nickel plated catch all works and has the fixing nuts.  Must be of use to someone.  Measures about 13 inches total.  Buyer pays shipping cost.
