Original Bosch FD6A 6 volt motorcycle horn. These were used from the late 20's, through the 1930's.
It works well and is very loud.
The mount has slight damage but is repairable. The rest is OK, and still has most of its original paint, and the mesh and brass badge are still intact.

Motorcycle horn, make "Cicca", Paris. Probably from the 1930s.
The unit is fixed to the motorcycle fame end a cable needs to be pulled so that the rubber drive wheel engages against the motorcycle tyre.
Appears to be mechanically complete but I have not had it installed on a motorcycle so I have not been able to verify that it works...
