A wobbly Wednesday Mystery (update: 1899 Tour de France)

Visiting a friend´s garage we spotted these framed photo clippings from a French but otherwise unidentified newspaper with photos of three veteran racing voiturettes. In the article there are some mentions to the Decauville marque and the car in photo two seems to be a "regular" Decauville from around 1898. However, In the main photo you can see a mystery racing car with evident signs of an unhappy 'parking' incident, in the remains of the article it is described as "Voiturelle de course Nº 66". The aerodynamic front end is most curious and the car could be another Decauville. In photo 3 there is another racing car with the more concrete description "regular automobile with special seat"  and in in smaller letters the name of the driver "Thery". In the article also appears a mentioning of the race "Paris - Amsterdam - Paris" over 1.550 kilometers and in a short search we have found this Paris-Amsterdam-Paris Race of 1898 with Decauville winning the voiturette class. Can you identify correctly voiturette nr. 64, car nr.65 and 66?

Before joining De Dietrich in 1904 Fernand Gabriel would race first for Darracq (in 1901) and of course for Mors (in 1902 and 1903), his most famous win being Paris-Madrid, the last of the city to city races.

These are the contestants of the "Troisième Catégorie (Voiturelles)" in the 1899 Tour de France. Decauville produced all four entrants in this category: Ullmann (64), Théry (65), Boittier (66) and Gabriel (67). Ullmann was the only finisher and thus winner of this category. Théry was a regular participant on Decauville until he joined Richard-Brasier. His last race for Decauville was the Paris-Madrid race, in which he finished 26th. Gabriel is another famous name, who would drive later for De Dietrich.

It was Léon Théry who in 1904 and again in 1905 became the only driver to win two Gordon Bennett Cup races. Here is a link to Théry driving the 1904 Richard-Brasier entry. I possess a clothing button in my collection that celebrated the event.
