A “Weymann” boattail Mystery.

Thierry Fayr came up with this interesting mystery photo, shot in Belgium 1928. Identifying the make of car probably is not too much of a problem. Maybe it is a help to know that the radiator mascot is a dog and the beaded edge tires are size 775x145 (our rough guess is, that it is a Donnet...?)
Correct identification of the coachwork is possibly a more tricky job. The far from ordinary 'ducktail coupe' is not an everyday sight and we are looking forward to hear your opinion.
