A visit to The Classic Motor Hub

One of the great joys that we have while working at PreWarCar.com is the fantastic places we are able to visit. Last year we had the pleasure of visiting The Classic Motor Hub. You have probably heard of this location and company before and most likely you have been there, as their Cars and Coffee is very popular (more than 300 cars came over). It was not only the premises that made us want to go back but also the passionate and warm people who showed us all the amazing cars for sale and on show.

When you enter the site, you directly see some classic cars parked. On your right-hand side is the sales department located, Classic Motor Hub Sales. Previously known as Cotswold Collectors Cars. They are open to the public and love to talk to you about the cars they have in stock. When we walked in, we directly stood eye to eye with a bright yellow Aston Martin and heard the noise of a nice 6,5L Bentley. A wide variety of both PreWarCars and PostWarClassics are arranged in the showroom and when we took a look at their current stocklist, many of them are sold already. The building is free to wander around and upstairs you get a good look over the showroom. The building is a rusty old hanger but with the shiny cars, and the decoration, gives it the perfect ambience.

In the corner, there was a Bentley Embiricios recreation parked, that we haven't seen before. Stunning lines and a very impressive motorcar. The car was not for sale but apparently belonged to a client. It was there, where we got to talk to one of the salesmen, he took all the time to show us the cars, shared his thoughts about the market and gave us more information about the cars and told us about the company. After that, we were given a tour around the site and we had the pleasure to see other cars that are not for sale but where they look after (for example the well-known Delage V12, Alfa Romeo 8C). We finished our visit with a tour through the workshop and around the heliport, which was by then used by 15 potential clients who all successfully bought a car.

Well, we enjoyed our day and got back in our car. But we can highly recommend you to go to their upcoming Cars and Coffee meet, which will be held on April 7th.
