A Massive Ambulance Mystery.( Upd. 1906/07 Mercedes 6 cylinder?)

Rolf Rorik was kind enough to draw our attention to this far more than full size 'touring' ambulance that was shot in Russia around 1915. Now click the main pic to get some idea of the bigger than life dimensions off the car which is puzzeling us. Look at the lenght of that bonnet. The car gives the impression that three cars were added up into one. Still the nine seating body is elegant. We're quite interested to learn more about this moloch.
