The car definitely is a Steyr XVI - with a quite unusual bodywork. Most of them were bodied as open tourers some even as two seaters - on a chassis with dimensions similar to a Silver Ghost!

Despite the low resolution of the scan I'd say, the car is a Steyr Type XVI 15/70 PS from the late 1920s.
