Fiat 508c Touring Superleggera
The first Fiat 508 came out with a four-cylinder engine of 995cc that is paired to a three-speed manual gearbox. At that time the engine produced 20 hp. Power was increased to 24 hp at the end of 1933 and the maximum speed went up to 85 km/h. Transmission was improved to a four-speed gear box. The Fiat 508 proved its valua at the Coppa D’or. A new model serie was invented after their appearance at the Coppa D’oro. A 508c (C for competition) was born and built by many Italian coacbuilders. What made the 508c so special is the modernistic constuction and the structure of the chassis.
This car is in running condition but needs to be restored. It’s offered with Italian paperwork and FIA historical documents. A great opportunity to start this project with a small engine that has 1100 cc and was later internationally acclaimed.
