I cannot recall the original colour but dad soon sprayed it silver blue, which from memory he seemed to do more than once. I was positive it did not have the chrome tubes on the seats (as in the "Mystery" photo) but I could be wrong. I do vividly remember the gear lever knob and dash knobs in dark cream with brown flex through them.

Hupmobile had seven models on five wheelbases in 1934. Not all of them were Aerodynamic, like David's father's, and apparently not all Aerodynamics had wrap-around windscreens or chrome tube seats. For 1935 there were five models on four wheelbases. Some were sixes, some eights. Can any Hupp authority give us a catalogue synopsis?
