1920's Citroen project waiting in Bangkok.(B2, B3, B10 or B12 tourer)

Stuart Penketh sends these photos of a friend. "....(he owns ) a garage just outside Bangkok, where he was having some plumbing work done to his Topolino.
We got talking to the Owner, who showed this photograph of one of his relatives, and family, with their Citroen. I asked if it was there, and if I could see it, and he explained that it was in the back, and also on shelves. In fact, he'd disassembled it, meaning to reassemble it but never got round to it. He took me to the rear where I could just make out a chassis lying under some boxes, and tyres. It was too dark to see anything, so I took a picture of his picture, and wonder if you can identify the model."
