The discs are attached to a metal plate  ( both of them ) , I  got the information from the Flertex Prewar Catalog

The discs are flertex  , so I think this is a match but I am not 100 % sure ... At 40 € the pair the risk is minimal . 

The dimensions of the discs match 100 % .
